    Delivery & Shipping Information and FAQ

    At multimega.com we offer Free Shipping on some eligible items all around the world independently of the amount of purchase. Items with free shipping are clearly announced with a "free shipping" label on the product page. Shipping fee for other items will be calculated and provided upon checkout.


    Important Notes

    - If you wish to cancel your order, please do within 24 hours otherwise we will not be able to cancel it.

    - Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 3-5 business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time". This is called processing time.

    - All packages have specific tracking information. For some destinations, tracking information are available only at the beginning and at the end of the delivery, there is no information in between.

    - You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order is out for delivery. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number.

    -If applicable you will be responsible for paying customs duties and taxes.


      Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly submit a mail at sales@multimegastore.com for help.


      Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.


      We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)


      To qualify for a refund for non-delivery you must allow twice the maximum delivery time to pass in order to apply. For example, if your delivery is 4 weeks (excluding processing time) you apply for a refund at sales@multimegastore.com only 8 weeks after and only in case you haven’t yet received your item.


      It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking Number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later. 


      Customer’s responsibility
      It is your responsibility to give correct information regarding name and address. Please note that if you are uncertain about the delivery address, contact us before hand in order to make sure we have all the information we need before we go ahead with your order.
      In case the item is undelivered due to one of the above reasons, we will have to wait for it to be returned to our distribution center and then we will send it back to you. This will increase the delivery time a lot.

      multimega.com partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and a unique global shopping experience. We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers, so not everything comes from the US. These items ship via USPS and all have tracking numbers.

       
      What methods of payment do you accept?
      We accept payments via PayPal, credit and debit cards. Payment must be received within seven days after the purchase. In the event payment is not received, we will send you a request to cancel the transaction.
       
      What if the item is not as described in the listing, arrives damaged, it is malfunctioning or is missing parts?
      In the unlikely event of your item is not as described in the listing, arriving in damaged condition, malfunctioning or missing something that was detailed in the listing, please do not hesitate to contact us via sales@multimegastore.com in order for our customer service team to help you.
       
      What about leaving feedback?
      Our commitment is to offer the highest customer-service standards. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know at sales@multimegastore.com before leaving feedback and we will do our best to resolve any problems you may have.
       
      I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
      We have a large assortment of products not stocked in the house when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :) 
       
      Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
      Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send out multiple emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice.
      If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
